Built for your workflow

Radio Sentry is being built for teams that need to preserve and replay scanner traffic after a transmission ends. A capture computer monitors an audio source, saves voice-active clips, and makes authorized recordings available to listener devices through a private service.

The current project includes a native Mac capture and archive app, iPhone and iPad listeners, a self-hosted Hub, and pilot broadcaster clients for macOS, Windows, and Linux. The system can retain recordings, show available transcripts, and organize traffic by feed and source.

Radio Sentry remains in development. Production hosting, account and token management, mobile notifications, platform purchases, retention controls, and release distribution still need to be completed and tested.

What’s being built

  • Capture voice-active scanner audio and save replayable clips.
  • Browse recent traffic by feed and source from authorized listener devices.
  • Keep a local Mac archive with playback, deletion, and interrupted-file repair.
  • Add optional transcripts after audio has been safely saved.
  • Publish through a private self-hosted Hub with authenticated access.
  • Support iPhone and iPad listener workflows in the current Apple pilot.
  • Use pilot broadcaster clients on macOS, Windows, and Linux while packaging and validation continue.
