For help with DepoKit, contact support by email. Email is the best option because you can include screenshots, device details, and a description of the issue.
What To Include
Please include whether you are using the macOS or iPadOS version, your device model, operating system version, a short description of what you were trying to do, the file type you were working with, any error message, and a screenshot if helpful.
Please do not send confidential deposition footage or private case materials unless specifically requested.
Exported Files
DepoKit is designed to avoid overwriting original files. Exports are saved as new files using suffixes such as Timestamped, Compressed, or Audio. If a file name already exists, DepoKit automatically adds a number.
File Locations
By default, exported files are saved beside the original source file. During export, you may choose a custom folder when needed.
Privacy
DepoKit processes user-selected files locally. The app does not require an account and does not upload your videos to a cloud service.
